Kelton Mckenzie delivering a healthy exercise & eating projects for young people

Former   professional   boxer   Kelton   Mckenzie   (boxercise4health)   my   business   and   ‘Club   of   the   year’   runners   up   in   2015 and   2016,   Unity   Boxing   Club   are   working   in   partnership   with   Leicestershire   &   Rutland   Sport   to   deliver   a   new   2   year healthy   exercise   &   eating   project   to   engage   young   people   aged   11   -   25   years   in   2017   &   2018.   The   project   is   funded   by Leicesrter   City   Council   and   Leicestershire   and   Rutland   Sport   and   Physical   Activity   Grant   funds.   The   sessions   will   be delivered   by    Senior   boxing   coach   Ajmal   Butt,   and   GB   boxing   representative,   Junior   National   Boxing   Champion,   Three Nations Silver Medallist, Queens Cup Bronze Medallist and Box instructor: Paige Murney,   The aims of the project:            Increase youth participation with positive boxing activities. Improve overall co-ordination, balance, timing and skill development. Improves self-confidence and self discipline. Improves total body fitness and reduces stress by releasing positive energy.

eating project for young people aged 11-25  

Former   professional   boxing   champion   Kelton   Mckenzie   and   ‘Club   of   the   year’ runners   up   winners   2015/16,   Unity   boxing   club,   Beaumont   Leys   are   working   in partnership   with   Leicester-shire   &   Rutland   Sport.   We   are   providing   a   new   two year healthy exercise and fitness project  for young people in 2017/18. The   sessions   will   be   delivered   by   senior   boxing   coach   (Ajmal   Butt)   and   GB fighter,   Junior   National   boxing   Champion,   Three   Nations   Silver   Medalist   and Box   instructor:   Paige   Murney,    will   be   busy   at   Unity   Boxing   Club   teaching young   people   issues   dealing   with   healthy   exercise   and   eating   on   Sundays. Former   professional   midlands   boxing   champion   and   BOX   instructor   Kelton Mckenzie   will be teaching on Tuesdays.
